| Snouted Cobra Banded Phase |
| Colours: yellowish to greyish brown, dark brown or blue black with 7 - 11 yellowish crossbars. A banded phase as in the picture also occurs and is common in males. A darker throat band is present and is more conspicuous in juveniles. |
